Given 2007-11-20

Sweet, detailed and mythological, NOX by ~akizhao is a primordial goddess of night. Her body is classically smooth like a Greek statue. I really enjoy how her face is presented: Smiling to the viewer but with her eyes. Adorable piece! ( Suggested by *silwenka and Featured by `JunkbyJen )

You're angel has a very Renaissance feel to her. Much like the works of Michelangelo, Leonardo and Raphael with the fall of the cloth and her body pose. A heavy and realistic feel to her body, even if a slimmed down and modern look to her face. Very well done. I think this is the best piece of work I've seen in a long, long time, actually.
I watch out for that white space in the right hand side of the painting, though. Maybe you should put a castle in ruins or something back there to take up some of that space and add more depth.
